That wrap sheet was long as f0ck for someone so young. The fact the Defendant didn't even come clean and confess when caught, in order to spare her sister any MORE grief, is the most disturbing thing of all. The Judge asks why she keeps using other people's names... Because it temporarily gets her off the hook. If she's clean and sober now, she's clearly still an a-hole, for not clearing her sisters name. Shameful.

She is not clean & sober . Part of being so is admitting when you were wrong & making ammends for your wrong doings. Not using is just being dry but without changing your psyche ..Being dishonest when out of your mind is no excuse but the mind is altered . Lying whilst even dry is deplorable, she actually is willingly lying to everyone especially herself.

I can answer the question. She's hoping to avoid punishment for her crimes, so she uses somebody else's names in order to try to put the blame on them and skate on the charges.

My older brother did this to my twin brother. He had to go to court over it. Luckily the judge believed him bc he was away in college when the traffic infraction happened.
