I m goof at my studies but due to family issues and other factors i m not able to crack jee, now i m confused that should i take drop and get good college and will study for upse in good college or take addmission in Bsc and prepare for upsc???

Sir i need your one line guidance... sir i never studied seriously for upsc.. i taken it for granted . Just chilled everytime enjoyed my time... but i m capable of clearing it in one attempt.. i m good in academics from very first day... last year i quit upsc and started to prepare for bank exams.. because i thought m not serious about it so no need to waste time... but now i got to know my friend who is preparing for same got interview call.. i didn't know that
