Please note - Enrollment is on a first come first serve basis.

The entire learning ecosystem of MisFits is segmented into Five Layers Layers. You need to consistently follow through on these layers for a period of 6-10 months for the best results.

In those 6-10 months, we expect you to study for 4 hours on a daily basis - including 8 hours/week of lectures via the MisFits Learning Platform.

It is MANDATORY to attend all lectures or go through the recordings of the same lecture (if the lecture is missed).

These lectures are well-researched, and the conjectures that you’d make via these lectures will enhance the way you learn, retain, analyze, and examine information.

The MisFits team will provide you access to recordings until the date of your final exam (regardless of when you write the paper - 2024, 2025, 2026, 2027, or 2028). You will not be charged any subscription fee.

You will also be added to Alumni Groups + Mental Wellbeing Community Networking Events (every month).

If you can remain consistent for 4 hours daily for 6-10 months - we assure you that the entire experience is going to be transformational for you.

The Layering Methods :

1. Layer 1: Layer 1 focuses on watching through a few recordings before you get ready to attend your first LIVE class. These recordings are NOT in 'traditional' format - via these recordings you'd learn how to analyze, critically think, communicate, and structure your thoughts as you complete the syllabus.

2. Layer 2: Layer 2 focuses on the completion of standard books. This completion is not in a 'traditional' format. The IFS fellows analyze, critically think, communicate, and structure their thoughts as they complete the syllabus via Layer 1 and mix the Live Aspects of Layer 2.

All books are standard - coaching material or notes taking is not promoted in Layer 1, and Layer 2. We want the MisFits community to fall in love with subjects - if they can’t fall in love with subjects - whatever they read in Layer 1, and Layer 2 will be irrelevant.

All the sessions are engaging, and interactive, and follow a Harvard Case Style Socratic Methodology.
The critical analysis of topics discussed is then tied up not just with the world of politics, and international affairs, but also with the world of Business, Psychology, and Society.

Layer 1 and Layer 2 in nutshell focus on foundations. Layer 3 builds on this foundation.

At the end of the day getting into the IFS requires candidates to score a rank under 100. It will NOT be possible without building strong foundations - of HOW to LEARN, and then communicating what you have learned

In less than 3 months of continuous learning, IFS Fellows will realize how valuable this experience is.

However, this proven methodology (if implemented diligently) will do wonders across various stages of the UPSC Exam, and also in life.

Layer 1 and Layer 2 will make IFS Fellows fall in love with the subjects of UPSC

Without falling in love with learning - you can't clear this exam.

2. Layer 3 will focus on revisions, retention, and test-solving methodologies.

It goes in tandem with Layer 1 and Layer 2. All the IFS fellows will be required to mandatorily complete the readings of standard chapters (that we will assign) after every class.

Readings will be divided into chunks so that IFS Fellows can also internalize those learnings.

After completion of the syllabus - there will be separate sessions on Test Solving.

For example, in the UPSC Prelims examination - no candidate is expected to solve 100% of the paper with 100% accuracy. They are expected to make logical conjectures.

Various qualitative and quantitative methods will be discussed before the exams to curb the anxieties of the IFS Fellows.

After the classes and re-watching of recordings - IFS fellows will be confident to solve 60% of the Prelims Paper with 100% accuracy.

However, under the pressure of time/anxiety/fear - many make casual mistakes.
Therefore, IFS Fellows will also be taught techniques to make logical decisions, and most importantly how to take logical guesses by analyzing previous years' papers.

Similarly for the Mains exam - diagramming techniques, Mckinsey's presentation principles, Business and Policy Frameworks, BCG 2 X 2 Matrices, Eisenhower Matrices, etc. will make IFS fellows think beyond the usual 'economic', 'social', and 'political' buckets. These methods will help them score at least a few marks extra in every answer that they write.

Manmoham Singh can still be considered to be in a grey area, but Kejriwal?? Seriously?😂
That man gave up every last bit of his morals and ethics to keep his political career alive.
