A computer with maxed out ram and processing speed is where big money come in so its not going to be cheap as you say. But it doesn't matter because I learned that the hard way. I'd also say that don't even think of going Gates for music production. Apples been doing it for years and if I go back to computer recording, I won't settle for anything short of an iMac with Thunderbolt.Otherwise you're just asking for trouble at the very front end.

Hi David.i will buy a new interface.but i cant decide.Everyones says something. For Example i am thinking to buy Uad Apollo twin duo.Someones says"Dont buy that if u dont need uad plugins"

Converters and preamps are important for me.Can u say "Dont think and buy apollo" or u can advice something else. One input enough for me.so i dont need interface with too many inputs.

Regarding the comp specs. If on Windows Home (7, 8.1, 10) editions there is a cap of 16 GB of RAM. The Pro versions go up higher than that. Also it depends on the motherboard as to how much you can add. The mobo might have a limit.

I want to add 3 more useful tools as well for the beginner.

Mixing Made Easy,

Mastering Made Easy

Recording in S1 Made Easy.

Best bang for your buck (no joke, you'd pay thousands for what David offers from someone else).

David takes you though his process, and explains in great detail why he chooses what he chooses for settings and plugins. You won't be disappointed. I've personally learned so much when he did his first Made Easy series, and I continue to grow with what I learned from his series.

Now I do have a question for you. It's always confused me with near field monitors that have the XLR and unbalanced TS connection. For me I use an XLR to TRS cable to the back of my FireStudio Mobile (no XLR for monitors just 1/4"). Is there any degradation in the out put if I just used the unbalanced connection version the balanced? For instruments it makes sense, but not for monitors.
