I tried to create a 2d Unity game from scratch, using the ideas and code generated by OpenAI's ChatGPT. As well as all the art generated from Open AI's Dall E 2.

i spent a day making an AI generated video game. I used Python and Pygame it was an IDLE game with multiple levels and new enemies every level. gold was required to unlock the next levels. gold req for levels would double, enemies health would double evvery level, also generated all my sprites with dalle E. with pygame i could ask it to draw my trees, draw my enemies, i had 3 levels with AI generated Medieval backgrounds that would load from a file directory. enemies had Unique IDs so i could modify singular enemies to my liking. my next plan is to expand the inventory system i have, and make it so enemies now drop items with unique ID's which give different bonus's and if you do all this with backups and remeber your versions and lable your changes almost all of this is possible if you create the function first. all day just typeing updates "can you make it so enemy id 10 shakes slightly when hes clicked" ofcourse it can so it spits my code back at me and it would tell me how to do it but i would just say "can you add that into my code" and bam i was stuck for hours making a game with no skill.

I have been messing with it, and because I don't know enough about designing games, I cant get it to do much, but I got it to make a pretty nice looking red loading screen for a game, it actually got exactly what I wanted. But you have to be extremely specific. And for me, I could only get it to write about 70 lines of code at a time. So I told it this. and it gave me almost exactly what I wanted. :

I need the code for a loading screen that has Real Dream Games in the center. This loading screen needs to have a flashing red to black background. when you click on the screen, it needs to go to a start menu, with press to start blinking in the bottom center of the screen. After you press start, it loads into a menu screen that has 3 selections in the center of the screen that say, New game, Load game, and Settings. When you click new game, it loads to a blank screen, and has a back button in the top left hand corner. When you click load game, it loads to a blank screen, and has a back button in the top left hand corner. When you click settings, it loads to a blank screen, and has a back button in the top left hand corner.
