I am a recovering drug addict. Jesus saved me 17 years ago. During my addiction I got 3 tattoos. One is a cross with a rose wrapped around it over my heart, one is a feather and one is a leaf. They are not in areas that are visible. Now that I am sober by the Grace and Love of Jesus I feel that I have been forgiven for my sin, even the tattoos I have. I haven't gotten any more since I was saved. I know that I love God with ALL my heart, mind and soul. I believe that Jesus died on the cross for my sins, and was resurrected. Jesus is the Redeemer. I have a relationship with Him. I love Jesus Christ and consult with Him many times a day.

This is a very touchy topic for some, but very interesting tattoos may look appealing when your skin is tight and youthful looking until you start to age, they are horrible looking, as a formal makeup artist tattoos will look like bruises and broken veins on the skin later in life, when I was younger my cousin was the picture perfect beauty, for me she was a black cher, slim body with beautiful long black hair, she had a beautiful robust shaped of a 🌹 on her breast, as she aged so did her tattoo, which look like dry parsley now, on her breast, I personally feel that people should not marked their body with ink, that ink will fade giving you the appearance of having bruise or dirty skin, tattoos age just like the skin, Wrinkled! Tattoos have always been associated with worship of other gods. The problem with modern Christianity is that by throwing out God's laws, we are not only replacing them with llaws from pagan worship but we are now worshiping those God's right inside the church.

The greatest absurdity is the believe that in old testament times there were pagan good and that they somehow flew away during the new testament times. No! Those god's still exist.

The only difference is that pagan worship is now practiced in secretly, sometime by professing Christians and tattoos are a tell tell sign

45 in my days and years. It baffles me that people are wowed, and baffled when they ask me do you have a tattoo and I say not a one. Fa one. Needles and ink of drawing on me. It's Art they say. Well I'm not saying Art is wrong. The ink itself is the biggest dumb thing that I can do to my self. I'm a Chef so I love Art. Culinary Arts School. Key word Art. I draw with my mind of different ingredients. And combining it to a taste of cooking and the plating of plates we Chefs call presentation/picture perfect plating of vibrant colors and garnishing. The sound of the gun. I walk in cause my ex she has tattoos of her love ones that's no longer here in this world. She wanted me to get her name on my wrist or arm. I walked out and waited outside. Why you outside she asked? I said Woman hell nawww aint doing that. I hate medical needles and being poked on. It was a bet and you lost, you gotta get it. A bet is a bet. I said fuck that bet, and that tattoo. I'm getting one. You might well get one too. No and 7yrs later I stand firmly on what I said cause I meant it. And didn't know it was in our Hebrew Laws, Statue's, and Commandments. I'm even happier that I said no.

I personally have 2 tatoos representing my Celtic heritage. I did research and thoroughly thought out my choices, and researched the purpose behind the Biblical message. As i was not getting tattooed with a spell such as Angelina Jolie or in honor of the dead or any false god, and i prayed over the reasons and meaning of the 2 images that are permanently on this body, the Holy Spirit has not then nor now given me a "No Go". And He has on MANY occasions told me NO

Tattoos are definitely a no no for me my believe is that our bodies are Gods temple and not just from fornication and adulterous life but the things we do to our bodies also I don’t believe Christians should get tattoos

I wanted a tattoo. And still do i have a tattoo but its not on me. Its a picture of the tattoo. Its our Lord climbing up on the cross. Can i put it on my arm🤔
