Feet Offset RDL | Romanian Deadlift (Feet Offset)

This is a simple feet offset RDL that has been used for years. Some people like to call it a Campriani Deadlift because the fitness industry loves to name things that they think are unique. The feet offset RDL is very simple exercise to bias the pelvis in one direction. This exercise is useful for people with back and hip pain, while the loading will always remain a bit more modest relative to what the individual is capable of doing on a standard bilateral RDL.
