A short routine of basic Pilates exercises and stretches that could help with lengthening, mobilising and easing out the spine. It is gentle enough to do as often as you need to help with intermittent back pain and stiffness. Only needing a band (or similar) and a cushion, Lorraine works through Shoulder Bridge, Swan Dive, Hip Roll and Cat Stretch to work through spinal mobility, extension, rotation and flexion for a healthy back.
