The most amazing thing about Cruella is that she was completely animated by one single man - Marc Davis, one of the Disney's famed Nine Old Men. This was the final movie on which Davis worked for Disney, as after this Disney put him in charge of designing Disneyland rides, including famous Pirates of the Caribean.
While they all worked on previous Disney cartoons separately this was the only one in which all nine of them worked in one capacity or the other. In fact, seven of them - Ollie Johnston, Frank Thomas, John Lounsbery, Les Clark, Milt Kahl, Eric Larson and Ward Kimball (who, for some wierd reason, was uncredited) - worked together on animating Perdita.
The only one of the Nine Old Men who didn't animate anything for this movie was Wolfgang Reitherman, who of course directed the movie.
