I was actually doing the exact opposite in my play through.

When 2b is running straight forward, the camera positions you behind her. so when she leaned forward to run, or she climbed a ladder, you know.

I always found myself pushing the right stick down just so I wouldnt feel bad about it.

I got this by accident when fighting one of the flying worm machine thingies. I was positioned under it and was spamming my Pod gunfire and apparently achieved the achievement
