At the 11:00 minute mark, when comparing mixed venous blood to arterial blood, the pH range is 7.38-7.43, which is simply a more specific range, not higher or lower in either direction, just smaller. Also, a pH of 7.38 would not be more acidic, but more basic than arterial blood's 7.35. There seems to be a little confusion at this point if you could clarify.
