Others.xml is protected and cannot be overwritten.
solution:
After you edit the file save it elsewhere, preferably on SDcard.
Go to TWRP
Advanced
File manager.

Go to system\crc and copy others.xml for backup.
Now copy the file you edited to system\rcr (no overwrite confirmation will appear) and you now got call recording.

The title is misleading. How can you call it native when you have to root your phone to get call recording? You definitely need to add rooted device in the title.

Hi I have samsung j7 prime. Whenever I record video using some app or using bt mono app my voice stops recording after 3 sec using bluetooth. Any suggestion?
