In Week 8 we continue with the Agility Ladder and add the Hurdle Drill with Ski Jump Variation. This is an example how you setup for the drill and perform one rep only and is not the entire 10 Week Netball Training Program video session.

Perform 2 sets of 3 reps. A slow walk back from the end of the 10m sprint is the recovery between each rep. Add a 2m rest between each set of 6.

The important aspects are: hold the one footed landing for 1 second as your body balances; and each two footed jump is fast and high.

Sprint as hard as you can once landed.
