My weight was 80 kgs but i follow intermittent fasting so i am 74 kgs in one month but my goal is 55 kgs and I'll definitely achieve this 🤞❤️

So I did another of these exercise videos of yours. Like I said I'm a big guy. I am huffing and panting and sweaty and a couple of muscles are burning. I will say first it helps that you are easy going in your videos and second I find you attractive and I love your accent which makes it all the more easy to watch which in turn gets me moving. So thank you I can feel the fat melting away!

Thankyou mam, once I used to do yoga, even my teacher had asked me to assist him during college days, though our family is genitically fat family, I was ok then, but later after going to job, marriage and child birth, I wwnt above 70, nowadays I regularly watch your videos. They r really good.
