I work for a company in Germany that makes equipment for the pharmaceutical sector. We've seen a sharp increase in trade from India since the pandemic and have set up a company inside India to handle orders. If it continues at this rate, India will overtake the USA and China as our biggest market by the end of the decade.

35% pay increases for changing roles is not sustainable most companies are already looking for an exit.

I would not think the low tax collection as a percentage of GDP is a negative! 😂 Let the people keep as much of what they make I say. High tax collection rates simply
reduces economic freedom.

India has a very high pop density per sq km, if India would be a high income country it would have to import food and other commodities at an insane level, so even if India would be a technological superpower it would have to sell technology to mars to pay for those imports, so no way India can become a high income country maybe a low level middle income country like countries in Eastern Europe at most.

WRONG! India is saddled by religion and racial prejudice. Its chances of great economic growth are minimal.
