I think they're using these two men as an example to the rest of us peasants to stay in line and to remind us that they're coming for us in time. All while flaunting in our faces that justice will never come to the Big Guy or or his son.

The really bad part was talking about the shipping. That's going to be as intent. . Guys, NOT worth it, if something breaks off there will be plenty laying in the streets. And will how the
Government is acting, the perversion and targeting of children, starting ti think it can't happen soon enough.

As I see it, single function means either a pull or release of the trigger. As a fully functional auto sear, a properly made lightning link would qualify as a machine gun conversion device, because you simply hold the trigger for automatic fire, However, the ATF had a very hard time getting one out of three lightning links to even work. The crime that Matt and Kristopher committed was poking the bear.

The other issue I see is single function means that bump stocks and WOT/FRT devices are NOT machine gun conversion devices because there is a separate function of the trigger (complete trigger release/pull) for each round fired. It's actually very fast semi auto fire. If Congress wants to address the rate of fire, then they need to change the definition to accommodate that consideration.

At this moment, binary triggers are still legal, because a round is fired pulling the trigger and another is fired releasing the trigger. Exactly how long will it take for the ATF to determine these triggers (which, like arm braces were approved by the ATF) are in fact machine guns? These folks are out of control.

Once the AFT had bullied a sufficient number of AKC buyers into testifying for the government, they stopped trying to track down the rest of them. If these things were such a threat shouldn't every single one of them been tracked down and confiscated? When one of the AFT agents involved in the case was on the stand, they were asked if they would have stopped trying to track down an equal number of actual machine guns. The prosecution loudly objeted.

I will be honest. Matt danced around messing with the ATF. Taunting them. They already seized his guns a few years ago. He never moved to a place that dislikes the ATF. I saw this coming long ago.

I have been wondering if they did something to get the jury to actually convict, cause I honestly cannot believe that 12 people were that stupid to think otherwise, especially when the ATF admitted they couldn't get the damn things to work

This was all about the way he talked about the ATF. They were going to do him, and it was pre arranged, because he wouldn't accept that they are the power.
