I run 35s on my JL w/ 2” lift. Unless you do rock crawling, then going with bigger tires is just a strain on the driveline & components. To each their own, but 37s & 38s are completely idiotic for daily use & given how much pavement time 99% of people log. The exceptions are people like LiteBrite & Wayalife - they wheel their rigs.

My ‘05 3500 ran 38’s on 20x12’s with a 6” lift. There was some plastic trimming but that’s it.
