Dubai floods: Authorities in the UAE deny cloud seeding caused record rainfall

Authorities in the United Arab Emirates have denied that record rainfall was exacerbated by cloud seeding - a practice used in the region to provoke increased rain.

A storm dumped the largest amount of rainfall the country has seen in more than 75 years.

That rapid, continuous kind of stroboscopic lighting was observed in my country too just before there was a tornado two years ago, damaging several villages.
