Cat clinching on car door rescued from Dubai floods

A video released by the Government of Dubai Media Office shows police rescuing a cat from floodwaters after heavy rains hit the region.

Nearly 4 inches of rain fell over the course of just 12 hours on Tuesday, according to weather observations at Dubai International Airport – around what Dubai usually records in an entire year, according to United Nations data.
