I did 26 years in the US Marine Corps and am a proud member of the VFW (4 tours in Vietnam). I'll guarantee you, if Vance and these clowns show up at any VFW post I know, they're gonna be in some sh*t...but Walz will be welcomed with open arms. I'd proudly shake his hand and buy him whatever he drinks...and I doubt he would be allowed to buy a drink ALL night. He's a credit to the National Guard; Vance has put perspnal ambition above honor, and in the process dishonored his Marine uniform, and Marines value honor above all else. SHAME!!

My brother is a retired veteran so I know all the sacrifices he made for our country. When my brother was on tour, he worked 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week with NO overtime pay, and still had to be on a rotating "watch" schedule. For 20 years we rarely got to spend time with him. So, when JD Vance belittled Tim Walz's military service, it not only pissed me off, but then it made me lose any respect I might have had for him. Also, JD's comments about Tim's military service made me question JD Vance's patriotism. JD Vance's remarks about Tim Walz's military career was dishonorable, to say the least and it showed me that even though he is a Veteran himself, he failed to learn the first thing about HONOR while he was in the military! What a disgrace!
