Learning a lot from you. Heard it before, but hearing it again said differently, hits differently.
You look amazing for your age, by the way.

Finding the low hanging fruit is the most important thing as your business evolves. Scaling happens when you find the lowest hanging fruit which is your 20% & focus more on it like 80-100% to really scale.

Its a serious discovery to make.

Analysis can really help to know which of your services customers want the most n not the ones you prefer to offer. This might even conflict with uour idea of your lowest hanging fruit as its not necessarily your comfort zone

What if you apply the 80/20 to the 80/20 essentially giving you 4/64 so that 64% of work gets done 4% of the most important tasks. Just a thought.

Thank you for reminding me of this principal.

Hi Robert Herjavec ! I'm huge fan of yours & Mark Cuban. Saw your recent video I'm feeling very thrilled, excited, happy & ambitious after watching your video. I'm seeking here for a help to become a entrepreneur. I'm not from accounting background & I wanted to start from the scratch & I don't have a any idea how to start & learning. I would really appreciate if you reply to me & it'll make my day 😊

The 100% putting in the work is a major factor. Glad you framed it like that. In Holland we call it “met hagel schieten” and then see what sticks and brings the biggest outcome.

This more so applies to how productivity is distributed among a group of people in any given enterprise. Most of the work is done by 20% of the workforce. Everyone else's role is essentially inconsequential.

Thank you so much, one still got to do 100% of the work because he/she doesn't know which of the 20% is gonna be the critical part

Eventually, you can figure out where your results are coming from; once you know that you can go from 50 hours a week to 10-15 hours of work and making 75-85% as much.

I agree with the idea of the principle, since it just doesn't take so much, so if you give a good 20% then you stop, your fine, all the rest of the percentage is just over kill .. maybe that's the case

I have been a true fan Robert❤. I watch shark tank all the time and you are my best shark. The Pareto 80:20 rule is a smart rule😊😊.

I suggest the editor to stop using too much of adobe podcast to enhance the audio, it's very robotic.
