Developer Portfolio Do's and Don'ts

What we want out of Jr's is a willingness to learn new things and good soft skills.

It's really easy to show the 1st, anything you don't know in the interview immediately go home and works on it then email the interviewer letting them know you figured it out.

While I had a portfolio I put a ton of time into, what I learned while building it was infinitely more important than the site itself.
