I Have 2 concerns : The study being done with not a lot of people is not accurate anough. And the second being that people who take their phones out of their rooms do it conciously and then this could lead to a placebo effect

Interesting fact but I would love to see a further comparison using guided sleep meditation (which is often using a app). I personally think I have the best sleep, having a phone screen go into night screen settings after dinner so choosing a sleep meditation doesn't have the bright light, turning off all notification sounds throughout the night (media volume is a separate slider) and using a traditional alarm clock in the morning

So actually, the addiction is the problem which leads to the anxiety and not because the phone is in the bedroom. I guess that's how the conclusion should actually sound like. Because I use the phone to get sleep through guided meditation or soundscape or some man telling very "interesting" facts like how the longest chess match played out in the first 20-something moves.

It is true that keeping your phones out of your room does promote overall positivity. I do need ASMR and Pandora to sleep though, and they help me to lower my anxiety.

I have indian parent so i tell my parent that i have trouble with my sleeping habits so my dad make me walk 4 km and now i am sleeping more than i should . They are the sweetest and knows what good for me ♥️♥️♥️
