African violet Saintpaulia easy & simple propagation from leaf to plantlet

For planting rooted African Violets leaves, I am using my own potting mix made of 3 parts of peat moss, 1 part of coco coir and about 2-3 parts of perlite, until light and fluffy.
(I prefer to sterilize the potting mix in microwave)
