When you find out the batteries are exactly the same one just has a better BMS and small circuit that unlocks the motor’s geometry for more torque and that you’re paying for a $.03 chip.

I got a Power Stack to try it out. The trade off is shorter run time. The Power Stack is made for higher output over a shorter time period.

Coming from a dewalt guy (DO NOT BUY THESE BATTERIES FULL RETAIL PRICE!)unless u obviously make a crap ton a money if the money aint an issue whatever but ur still paying to much for what u get.i live in Canada the price for 2 1.7ah powerstack batteries is 270$ the price for just 1 5ah powerstack is 290$ its absolutely ridiculously i run 4 powerstack batteries 1.7ah i paid 210$ for all 4 thats the only way id ever buy them

Toolswithsoalz said that the power stack after awhile the voltage drops when in heavy use or someone said that and I think that also when it's used a lot for heavy duty the voltage drops and stays a little bit

$99 well worth it. The regular XR is more expensive. Makes no sense to not get this one.

i love my power stack, it even makes my portable vaccum more powerful, makes cleaning my car alot easier.

All down to the battery. Damn!! Explains sooo much when it comes to battery lawn tools. Got a battery leaf blower. The smaller battery we have does a better job than the big one!

Do a couple more screws for comparison, but yeah, you are finally learning how to compare apples to apples. Amp hour is a rating of stored energy, a battery discharging at 1 amp for 5 hours is rated the same as one that can discharge at 5 amps for 1 hour. A 10 amp hour battery might discharge at a slower rate then a 5 amp hour, but it will be able to do so for much longer.

You can’t do film edits when you’re doing a heads up comparison. How do we that cut in just before you pressed the power button was from earlier or even from a different battery?

try a flex volt advantage tool and see if flexvolt is still better for them
also try power detect and see if the gap has closed between the two
