Really genuine question. I applied, resume got in, did the video interview and got rejected. Graduated university, specified that I was able and willing to work even on weekends, set my time availability from their opening to their closing, and have had experience in billing and records at another company. I was planning on getting this job before my move to Japan which is a few years from now.

As someone who has to deal with autism (Asperger's), what advice would you give to someone who struggles with personality assessment questions and the face-to-face interview? When I get asked a question, I sometimes don't know what to say, because I have no retail experience. One of three experiences I have that comes close to customer service is Election Judge at a local polling station where you have to treat voters as if they're customers.

Man not as many jobs do interviews like this nowadays nor do some interviewers expect detailed "passionate" "I really want this job" kind of answers these days lol. I'm sort of surprised Best Buy still does interviews the old-fashioned way 👀 actually expecting intelligent answers to "tough on the outside" questions. Like I said not all jobs do that anymore now.
