My question is, do they have any way to compensate employees who cause a drastic increase in profit sales? I don't feel that it is fare that managers get a bonus when the employees sold the merchandise, n receive NOTHING (I'm speaking of a lot of retail stores in general).

You want to work for BB, you'd better be a robot. No one there has a brain of their own. They can't even charge a credit card and give a customer a receipt. Seriously. You can beg them for a week to charge your card for a item you already got, and they can't do it. They're idiots.
