Just got this tank kit on sale for $47.99 for Black Friday as well as a 5 gallon essential for $29.99 and a shrimp and plant oasis for $45. I already had the shrimp and plant oasis and loved it so I bought another🤣 but the ten gallon kit I set up with live plants, spider wood, mountain rocks, and a couple of fake ornaments. I put my 3 female Bettas in it. Ik, ik, Betta sororities should be in at least a 20 gal but I just didn't want to deal with such a big tank anymore (they were in a 20) and I've been watching them and it's working great! They have been together since they were really little and they are doing great. My 10 gal essential tank looks great!🥰

I just picked up the top fin 20 gal kit! It was on sale.
I actually got the 29 gal, but took it home and realized…. It wouldn’t fit on my table, dun dun dun. So I went back and swapped it for the 20.
I have my fave Cory cats and some plattys in there rn. Kinda wanna add a fancy fish or two but I’m unsure.

Since I know you love them as well, I have a couple of questions for you. 1. What can I keep with them? 2. What do you think about keeping it with a indo datnoid, female red terror, a flagtail prochilodus and an oscar? 3. Maybe an all female predator tank: jag, red terror, trimac and a yellow jacket? I love it. I went at Petsmart yesterday and saw that exact tank and I want it. I can see that you used API to cycle the tank. What exactly did you add? API Stress Coat and API Quick Star? Thank you

Hey! I had a quick question. I bought my first tank (48-gallon top fin tank kit) I put in my rocks, I put in my decor, then set up my filter, hanged my heater and then filled the tank with water. I turned on the filter and it made some noise, filled the filter with water then it got quite and worked perfectly for 5 min straight. Then out of no-where it stopped filtering but yet the filter is warm on the outside and everything else works. (So, it can't be the outlet) What am i doing wrong?
