RTX3080 Seems to be perfectly good at mining when underclocked by -550MHz and -50W from factory setting.

GPU 0 is hotter likely due to the backplate on GPU 1 limiting airflow. ALL 3 GPUs are 3 slots apart, but GPU 2 does not have backplate, and did give GPU1 a tiny bit more room than GPU 0.

memory chip will die less than 2 years if ur gonna running 97+c 24/7 87-90 is fine tho
