How many SA’s does you’re average dealership have? We have 5, putting through 150 car a day. Most of the SA’s time is wasted deciphering the poor handwriting from the techs and clocking techs off the jobs. It’s more error correction than customer engagement. Which I’ve seen barely leaves time in the day for the SA to engage with the customer (pet the dog) and establish anything past a transactional interaction.
