Right in the middle of a load of laundry, the washer stopped when it should have been spinning, and I was left with a washer full of water and wet laundry. This can happen for several reasons but in this case it was a simple fix.

I'm 75 yrs. young and not afraid to try fixing things. The two little screws wouldn't come out and a friend came to help out. In the end, after determining the problem, . he zip tied the actuator, slid it back in and ... voila!!! Your excellent video probably saved me $100 or more. Thanks ever so much:)

THANK YOU!!! Oh my goodness. You SAVED ME! I AGREE...BEST TUTORIAL I'VE EVER SEEN! I am so eternally grateful for your video. I am a single mom struggling with finances and our washing machine stopped draining about 2 months ago and I didn't have the funds to fix it. I had watched so many videos and stumbled upon your video...did EXACTLY what you said to do and voilà!!!! Machine works again. You rock!

Pulled the actuator and was happy to see that it was in the exact same shape. One zip tie later... joy! Thank you SO much.

Let me start first by saying I am in no way mechanically inclined nor claim to be. However, ran into this exact issue this week and decided to give it a try. The only issue I had was when I removed the actuator it had a piece of metal attached to which I could not remove. After moving it around a bit I was still able to get my tie wrap around the actuator as shown. When I plugged it back in it worked. Must say I am quite proud of myself for trying and accomplishing this. Thank you so much for the video!!!
