Pro-tip (from someone whose expertise is drawn entirely from watching Biffa videos): If the game is announcing a tsunami and you can't see it, _look out to sea!_

I'm a little surprised to see so many people calling "troll" on this. Has everyone here forgotten the tsunami that hit Japan? That tsunami completely wrapped around the island, hitting east, north, and west with nearly the same force or stronger in some locations. And not just once, several times. Tsunamis are no joke. I think the dev did a great job capturing the devastation a tsunami can produce. Biffa, while I would like to see you press on and attempt to rebuild, I feel it may be too late. While the tsunami was destroying the city, it was also distracting you from realizing your budget was still fully cranked up and draining your finances rapidly without income. The loans might have been able to save you if it had been caught sooner, but now, not likely. Oh well, looking forward to see what you do next!!

sadly the thing is this is a little to realistic. tsunamis usually come in a series of waves usually the middle ones a the biggest biffa. this is what makes them so dangerous.

The giant tsunamis were visible when the smaller one came, it was meant to be a wake-up call and it was thought that the player would see the 10-storey wave coming to them and build defenses.

The important thing about a tall wave of a tsunami is that it might not go very fast, but it submerges everything it touches. A tall tsunami crushes anything it goes over, and if the building collapses the people inside are smashed by the weight of the building and the water. After around 30 minutes, the flow reverses and everything caught in it is brought out to sea.

Biffa I don't know what to tell you, I would love for you to continue this scenario or start a new one, but this one episode is an absolute classic. You have a talent that is above YouTube, the commentary the passion the disappointment and the class not to rage quit....amazing sir amazing. What might have happened if, when you saw that massive tsunami, that you put all the budgets down to 0, cause honestly, nothings going to survive that. Why pay before the disaster is over?
