This was fun checking out apartments. The two I really liked was the $3, 000.00 in the South Bronx. Also the water view apartment in Coney Island.👍👍

Wow this is a fantastic video! I shared it on my social media pages. I do love Coney Island but I think Gravesend and Bath Beach are great alternative neighborhoods but they are super close to Coney Island

There are some great apartments out here. So true about January weather but these apartments seem very affordable (not the best pricing but not bad). These apartments are great. Lot of space and room in each one. The one that looks like a hotel in Coney Island is gorgeous!! thankfully no "Outside the apartment" bathrooms. That one video always gets me every time I come across it again. Love the new lighting in this video from that ring light Ross gave you for Christmas. These are great Hannah!!!

Great video! I was really impressed with the Coney Island apartments as a dream retirement nest, until reminded of the seasonal aspect. Most of the apartments looked good to me until I realized it was probably because they were empty. I have reached that stage of life where I have accumulated way too much “stuff.” Great information for someone actively seeking a new apartment or considering a move to the city.

If we could move to NYC, it wouldn't matter what time of year it was, what the weather was like, it would be amazing.

But. Our 3 bedroom house is £550 a month. Obviously NYC is more of a draw than Belfast, but the prices are nuts.

I've definitely planned on visiting New York in the winter, is it cheaper to rent an Airbnb in the winter? I've been to New York about 5 times but never during the winter so I definitely want to experience it for a few weeks. 😊
