Get a sheet of metal wrap it up like a wick of carbon fiber. Have that sick up and out around the T joint of a pipe like the bottom of a T joint in a jar you have fuel. It wicks up to the top of the gasoline wick. Then air is sucked over the wick to make gas vapors to run the car. It draws about as much vapors as the throttle will allow. A spark arrester is just a fin mesh screen on two ends of a pipe stuff with some loose steel mesh like a scrubbing pad. Anyway that was just an idea.
