Best 10k Training Plan

G'day my dudes! I am currently in a 5k / 10k training block, trying to hit some PBs by years' end. 5k - can I go sub-16? 10k - can I go sub-34? So, I'm sharing my full training plan for hitting these shorter distances in the next couple months: Monday through Sunday, my week of training.

Have you considered: 1) Organising a game of never-ending taggi (tag), 2) having someone just under your fitness level as ‘it’, 3) they just chase you everywhere non-stop, 4) you never get to set your own rests, 5) ultimately they decide how much you train (run), 6) if you get tagged, you have to give them a million billion dollars. I reckon this would work as a training plan.

Thank you for the video and sharing you training plan. I really enjoyed the graphs supporting the great content and I looking forward for the next videos. In the meantime, I will use your plan as inspiration to help me prepare for a 10k race in 7 weeks and shoot for a PB. Cheers

I am starting running for 6 month now.. my parkrun start from 30min down to 24:40 now, but I seem now struggle at around 5:00min/km mark now... is leg work out being a key factor? or speed work interval ?
