I love how you restored the outside front. It went from sad and lonely to lovely and charming. You are making the spirit of you house joyful. Just one comment you might want to consider. Living in the US, I can't tell you how much a rear patio roof will add to the enjoyment of your garden. Imagine being able to relax outside on all those rainy days with a hot mug of tea enjoying the wonderful aroma of your flowers and listening to the birds. Many of us have small heaters to keep us warm on chillier days, along with cushioned chairs and throws. It just adds to the comfort and enjoyment.

Wonderfully done. As an old person in London who doesn't use insta it is great to see this on youtube. When we found our house (having children by then) having separate rooms was really important for working from home (even back in the old days) to keeping teenagers caged (well not caged but separate) so everyone has privacy. I have never understood anyone who likes everything open plan. The tiles on the path are like those my daughter's flat had in London and I remember the quotes for the works to repair them (she sold up this year and moved slightly more into outer London near me (as has husband and 2 children now) which is a different issue really - where people choose to live in London), never mind the finances of mortgages and costs which being the boring person that I am I find equally as interesting. The UK as we know has an open property register and the video gives the number on the street - which perhaps might want to be blocked.

Absolutely wonderful job. So great to see walls! A proper sitting room, dining room, and a kitchen that is separate. Well done, you! While it may not be original, I would be tempted to add french windows to the dining room leading out into the garden. That way if you are holding a dinner party, guests can get from drinks in the garden to the dining room without going through the kitchen.
