Edit:**ACTUAL INFORMATION**

1.) FILE off top layer(shine layer) from nails.
2.) ADD boiling water to large (GLASS OR METAL) bowl.
3.) POUR 100% pure acetone in smaller (GLASS OR METAL) bowl, set inside larger bowl to let the acetone warm up
**NEVER HEAT ACETONE UP IN MICROWAVE OR ON STOVE! IT IS HIGHLY FLAMMABLE!!**
4.) SOAK your nails in warm acetone for about 10 minutes and rub the nails with your finger to help break down dip powder quicker
5.) WASH your hands very well, use scrub brush to scrub fingers and nails to remove all residue!
6.) ADD cuticle oil to cuticles and nail beds to re-hydrate nails
OR
6.5.) Start dip powder process all over again.
