What to expect? Get in the mood with a few excerpts from 3 days of workshop, dialogue, exercises and a tourist tour... This was the first edition of the workshop Culture, Change and Leadership in June 2013 in Zwolle, the Netherlands.
Learn how to lead successful change, starting with culture. We first assess culture with the OCAI survey and next start an organization-wide dialogue in small change circles about:
* our current culture and what beliefs and behaviors are typical for us
* our strategy and expected future
* our needed culture to thrive in this future and what beliefs and behaviors we must adopt
* how to change behaviors together to co-create the new culture - including adjusting structure, processes and more...
