Sorry but your test is wrong, your cpu is 30% used and your fps are limited by the gpu. If you want to see the difference, you should put all your graphics in low and in 1080p. To see the difference the botteneck must come from the cpu because cpu and ram are linked.

Grab a GT 210 - your fps will be same all across DDR2 to DDR5.

Yeah so Fortnite is a game that can use everything you’ve got. DDR5 does give a CPU performance increase with high FPS and gives higher 1% low.
Also having more RAM has been tested up until 96GB and shown to improve the 0.1% low FPS numbers (aka stutter) a lot. Its like 22 fps with 32GB, 43 fps with 64GB and 54 fps with 96GB so yeah 👍🏻. Don’t be having a 13900K and a RTX4090 with only 32GB RAM cuz you think you don’t need it. Even though it might not look like you are using it in Task manager it definitely is being used. When you look in tas manager u der memory and under cached you can see (depending on RAM amount) 35-70GB sometimes.

RAM doesn't affect FPS. GPU and CPU do. RAM is for multi-tasking.
