As a creole descent I find our food in a lot of your cuisines and other cultures of the African diaspora. The seasoning may be different, how you prepare it may be different, but the foundation of any African food has always been the same. And that is love, how to feed large families on two ingredients and the taste is by far delectable. We can not ever deny who we are truly at heart no matter what side of the world we're on. ♥️ Wherever the sun is we are no matter what✌🏾🙏🏾
