For me I have a strong belief in “eating healthy only when it tastes good”. There are a lot of foods (assuming you aren’t a picky eater) that are maybe not AMAZING for you but are still good that don’t taste like trash. Oven roasted zucchini tastes great and it’s pretty healthy. Don’t put kale in a milkshake, because to me the whole point of getting a milkshake is to enjoy myself and I’m not gonna be doing something that ruins it just for the sake of making it a bit healthier.
