For those who are not aware this is a mashup of Tanguera by M.Mores, a famous Argentinian composer and Sting's Roxanne. It's worth listening to the original tango. There is a terrific version by his grandson Gabriel Mores.

This whole song is a fucking MASTERPIECE, but 4:05-end gives me goosebumps EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The combination of the song's orchestral climax with the heavy bass-type beat is musical *perfection* and I always replay it over and over.
