HOW I MAKE A NEW EURO REPINNING TOOL .

i was intrigued by this pinning tool, without the use of a plug follower in a euro profile cylinder.. and tried to designed my own version using things that are common in my area, and i was suprised as it progresses..adapting to some method i've known with some lock, (like the Almont padlock way) and it all comes up in one new pinning tool and method. thanks for watching.
