The NHS has to be completely restructured if it is to survive! The medical staff have to be given far more authority and they should make up at least 75% of all staff! It is a service to the people not a business, but it has to be run as efficiently as the best business in the country!

If we have gas we should use it. The idea that it isn't as much as the US is irrelevant. What this does is buy us time to build a nuclear infrastructure. Offshore wind and batteries are a not a long term plan for many reasons. I am aligned with the battery industry, and the technology just isn't there, not to mention the need for mining rare earth metals.

The security of our country is the primary duty of the government yet currently we cannot defend our southern border from an bunch of unarmed (mainly) individuals in dynghies! The gov. claim to be spending 2.3% of our GDP on our defence budget but we have less than a third of the Air, Sea & Army personnel and hardware than post the Falklands war! The GDP has risen substantially in the 40 years that has past! It is not as though the DOD are spending money on veterans and housing for their personnel !
