Ben, you missed. One of the polarizing unpopular sticky points in all past Lexus models was previous infotainment system which Lexus totally revamped this model. Your random touches and taking zero minutes to actually dig deeper on their new system revamp was a total miss. All the other channels are demonstrating it btw. Just sayin
