DIY Programmable Pedal Loop Switcher Build (Part 3)

Показать описание
This is part 3 of a True Bypass 8 Loop programmable Loop Switcher that I am building. Switches are installed and layout is figured out.
Most of the drilling is done now and I am starting the wiring phase.
This project uses an Arduino Mega to drive it and will allow loops to be switched with one button press, which will be great for playing live when several effects need to be changed at once.
This is possibly one of my most ambitious projects but I am hoping it inspires others to build their own effects pedals and switchers.
I also talk about my next video and show some of the work on this project in action.
All the best.

You're making some good progress. This is beyond the scope of something I want to attempt but is very interesting to see and learn from.

Where'd you get your knobs for your JCM build? They look cool

Paul, quick questions. Can you point the jacks you bought that work the way you described? And other one, does 1 relay/loop apply or you need two relays for one loop? Can you show the wiring diagram?

Cheers,
V

What kind of plugs did you use and where do you get them?

How did you rig the output/input jacks on the loops so that the signal still passes through if there's nothing plugged in? Do you have the signals connected with a big resistor between them?
