In the notebook that Gabrielle gives to the player on day 2, it explains that Freddy has been acting strange, watching and spying from the doors. In gameplay, I think Freddy serves to put the player in a state of paranoia when hearing the doors open and close, while also serving as a blockage to some exits, being more of a nuisance than a threat.

Also you forgot about ghost kids, they can sometimes appear at tables after everyone is evacuated, i think markiplier or dawko got it

It sounds like Pit Bonnie is saying something like "Come on/out, let's have some fun" - 2:33

Gino’s Pizza, which you can see at 0:06, is a closed down pizza restaurant that is mentioned in the Into the Pit book.

Pit Bonnie and Freddy having the same eyes could be a reference to the very first Springlock suits ever made, Spring Bonnie and Fredbear

You can also see Funtime Freddy at the mill, referencing where he was found in count the ways. The third story of into the pit

I like how in the modern arcade in Jeff's, the Bonnie neon sign's face is gone in a way that makes it look like Withered Bonnie. Which is definitely on purpose.

the "stoplight with the human symbol" is likely a crosswalk light. usually they have a red hand for stop and a white human shape for go, but this one might have human shape for both stop and go

3:29 I think that Freddy's eyes are just the same color as Pit Bonnie's because they just coincidentally have the same eye color. From the first game: Freddy has blue, Chica has magenta, Bonnie has red, and Foxy has yellow. I think this game was just showing their eye colors but with them glowing. I think Pit Bonnie and Freddy just coincidentally have the same color eyes.



Also, at 6:14, the characters there are either a reference to the games or books.
There's #1 crate, Mr. Can-do, Pan Stan, bucket bob, and Mr. Hugs all from the trash and the gang in Pizzeria Simulator and then there's (I think) Funtime Freddy (probably from count the Ways) and Bon Bon who is also probably from count the Ways even though he's never mentioned in the book I think so he's probably from the games.



And at 7:56, in the book, that is called "Zendrelix" which is an obvious spin on Godzilla so you're not wrong but not right either.

I don't have the time stamps, but something i saw watching Johnny Blox play into the pit was on the loading screen at one point the quotes were " You wont die but you'll wish you could" and "The animtroics do tend to get a bit quirky at night"
