When I start my stream it doesn’t allow my mic to turn on even tho I have it on, how do I fix that

A weird issue I’ve had recently has been at a random point in my stream (normally around the hour mark) there will be constant loud thumping sort of sound for a random interval of time before just going away. I have no idea why this is happening or how to fix it

Anyone have this problem? My stream at the beginning includes my party chat audio, but later at a certain point my friend's audio disappears for the remaining of the stream.
