There is a cheaper way. You can take the picture you want, and go to edit and then markup. Then you just color over, it's totally free, but you have to find the colors on your own in the color palett.

I tried it based on your tutorial and even though my pulse is very shaky and I did not use the Apple Pencil but rather an alternative it still came out decent. Thank you for your tutorial !
