two things he did not mention. it takes thousands of years for co2 to naturally be reclaimed and 40 years to reach its thermal potential. sos we will keep heating for 40 years after we stop increasing the ppm of co2. The other factor he missed is the effect of Aerosole masking. This is the way our pollution is currently cooling the planet. If we stop putting up those dirty pollutants, then we heat up even faster. The recent spike is due mostly to the reduction of aerosols in shipping fuel and the increase in sun light hitting the ocean. One more thing is the decommission of old nuclear power plants that will blow up if the economy collapses without contingency plans. cheers all.
